The recipe (*not to be followed daily though it can be, the goal is to balance over 1 - 2 weeks) is really just 80% meat (half red meat is nutritionally a good goal), 10% bone (covered by meat), 5% liver, and 5% other organs (any mix)

Salmonella probably has a better chance being found in your cereal, tomatoes or kibble than causing harm in your dog from eating raw chicken!

I have never been in Bolzano, but I think the main thing to know is that most people in Bolzano speak German instead of Italian. They know Italian but they usually speak German, and you will find most writings in German.

Trentino is different: the region Trentino-Alto Adige is divided into Trentino, the southern zone, where Italian is spoken, and Alto Adige, where most people speak German. Trento is the main city of Trentino, Bolzano of Alto Adige.

Ive recently been on weight watchers and lost 1stone 2 pound. I would like to have lost more than that but because ive been on it about 2 months its draining me. I am going to give myself a couple of week off it but i am terrified of putting the weight back on! How can i maintain the weight loss cause as soon as i eat somthing fatty i feel guilty and feel as though its gonna make me pile pounds back on! :(

Don't worry! just calculate your resting metabolic rate and your basal metabolic rate online :) but go by what your resting metabolic rate burns. My resting metabolic rate burns 1400 calories, so my body burns 1400 calories by just being alive. So if I want to maintain my weight, I eat that amount :)

I used to date a guy who, even after we broke up (it was mutual) still wanted to get back together. He had asked me to marry him a couple of times, but I said no. I didn't want to get back together with him, but we remained friends for a long time afterwards. We would still talk on the phone to each other and sometimes message over facebook; we couldn't get together in person because we live in different states. We kept talking to each other for quite a while after our breakup, then one day over the phone he asks me why I won't get back together with him. I tell him the truth, giving him the reasons it won't work. We live in different states, we are heading in different directions in life, etc, and I also mention that we are sexually incompatible, which is the truth.

He had asked me all this before and I had always told him this, except about the sexual issues, and it was shortly after this conversation that he stopped talking to me. I wasn't mean to him when I said it, I told him as nice as possible.

When we were together, I never told him how unsatisfied I was, but I think he might have known.

After our phone conversation, I tried calling him a couple of times but he hasn't picked up or talked to me over facebook, but he still made it a point to wish me a happy birthday a couple of months ago, which is quite a long time after he stopped talking to me.

I talked to a mutual friend a couple of weeks ago who told me that my ex is in an on-again off-again relationship. I knew about this relationship and figured his new girlfriend might get angry if he still talked to me. But our mutual friend says my ex still talks to people over the phone and chats over the internet with people like he always has and sounded surprised that my ex has stopped talking to me.

I'm confused. Was my statement, "We're not sexually compatible" really that horrible?

No, I wouldnt say it was horrible, but to be honest, who like to hear that?

I beleive he has realzied that maybe there really isnt any hope for you guys to have a relationship anymore, and he has moved on. Sometimes people dont want to be "Friends" after a relationship ends, and for various reasons as well.

I tihnk you should just forget about it, because it shouldnt really matter right? You broke up with him, and you said you dont like him anymore. I understand its a friend ship, but if he doesnt want to talk to you, then you should accept that and move on.

I lost thirty pounds and my pants are looser but not enough to drop a pants size. I went from 204 to 175 and I look like I might have Lost ten lbs. It's frustrating because I know people who lost thirty pounds and went down 4 sizes. Can anyone tell me why my loss isn't showing that much and I am pear shaped. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

In some things they are similar, but in some others they aren't. Besides, I don't think you can generalise like that; every country is unique. I, for one, wouldn't agree that Italy is so similar to Croatia, or Albania to Macedonia (there are some similarities of course). The same goes for Greece and Turkey.

By the way, I notice that every time a question like this appears, Turks try to say that their country is very similar to Greece, whereas Greeks do their best to prove that there is a light years distance between those countries. As always, the truth is somewhere in between: there are similarities and lots of Turkish influences in Greece (and even the other way around), but there are also a lot of differences.

Greek Barbie, don't laugh so much. Actually, Dalmacija and Istra, parts of Croatia on the Adriatic Sea, can be pretty similar to Italy. I have to admit that Slovenia and Croatia are the most "western" countries in ex-Yugoslavia. Concerning the mentality and that kind of things, Croatia is closer to Italy than, for example, to Serbia. Also, Slovenia seems to be closer to Austria than to Balkan countries. But you still can't pair those countries, of course, because each of them is unique. Each country had its own history and other components that shaped it exactly the way it is now.

And you Alexander, don't underestimate Albanians; you're not THAT MUCH different from them - of course some similarities can be found.

Finally, "Greek warrior" said: "You do know that Cyprus was almost annexed to Greece, like the rest of the Greek Islands were? But you'd have to take a look at history to see why this didn't happen."

Of course it didn't happen. Do you think they should have let you do that? I don't think so.

CONCLUSION: Every country is unique and can't be compared to any other country, but all Balkan countries have some similarities, and those similarities mostly came from the Turkish influence.

There are so many problems in Japan. But I am quite happy with my country.

(I have stayed in Switzerland for a year) When I get back here, I always think "ooaa Japan is so nice!!" Japan is so safety. I can go out, can buy anytime, anywhere alone. A few days ago, I left my wallet in my basket of my bicycle. I realized it was there when I raided on my bicycle to go back to home. So I left it for more than eight hours ^^; but no one took it. Also, my dad lost his wallet. but someone brought it to the police. his wallet had his cards and about 1000 dollar there. actually money is not important. cards are much more important. when I lost my bag, I was really sad. I thought I had to stop my crests card and had to make a new my driving licence. (but I could find it. a kind carpenter called my house when he found it.)

I think the Japanese shopkeepers are very polite. It is really good point of Japan. (But I sometimes feel tired to treat my customers so politely. haha)

I think when people go somewhere different, they notice which good and bad points your country have.

I only realized it was there when I rode my bike back home! So I left it for more than eight hours ^^, but no one took it! Also, my dad lost his wallet. But someone brought it to the police. His wallet had his cards and about 1000 dollars in there. Actually, money is not an issue here; cards are much more important. When I lost my bag, I was really sad. I thought I had to stop my credit cards and had to get a new driver's licence, but I got it back in the end, because a kind carpenter called my house when he found it.

I think the Japanese shopkeepers are very polite. It is one of the really good things about Japan. (But I sometimes feel too tired to treat my customers so polite. Haha)

I think when people go somewhere different, they notice which good and bad points your country have.

If I had the power to change my country, what would I do?

I would definitely change the system of welfare for elderly people, but I don't know if I should tell you how though....

You'd probably think I'm cold-hearted.

How can I stop over eating?

For the past few months I have found that I'm eating a lot more than normal.

From the time I wake up in the morning to the time I go to bed at night, I just NEED to eat.

If I'm not eating, I don't feel content. I feel anxious and the only thing going through my mind is "I need to eat something, I need to be chewing something, I need something in my mouth"

I find myself grabbing cans of diet soda threw out the day to keep myself busy. But it's gotten to the point where I can drink 5-7 cans of diet soda a day, and I know that's not healthy either.

Some useful tips would be great.

i work as a taxi driver meaning i go out to work at 2am and finish at around 8am.

straight after work i go to the gym were i do cardio and weight training. although i have been up since 2am i have had nothing to eat just maybe a cup of coffee.

well i have previously heard dat you should eat after you train...within 15minutes this means your heart is beating at a faster rate therefore it burns the calories quicker.!

16 year old male need to lose weight?

Hey I'm a 16 year old male 6ft high and weigh around 80kgs, I want to lose weight around my stomach area because recently it has been getting bigger and bigger. I've been trying to bulk up aswell so yeah I know I won't lose weight but how can I get rid of it around my stomach area? Get a workout buddy or support buddy. Find someone with similar goals and to support and keep you on track with your fitness goals. I have a friend I talk to daily on messenger and she helps me stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals.

Set a goal for yourself. Whether it be to lose 10 lbs or fit into those size 4 jeans, set a time frame and then when you reach that goal, reward yourself with some new clothes or your favorite free meal.

Take pictures. Take a picture of yourself in swim suit or shorts and after a couple weeks of workouts, take another picture and compare. It's a great motivational tool when you see the results!

Cut out a motivational picture. Look in magazines or online and choose a body type that you would like to have. Hang it on your fridge and look at it every day. Envision yourself looking like that picture. When you are on the treadmill and getting tired, think of that picture and push yourself to work even harder to reach that goal.

Plan your workouts. When you make a plan to go running or lift some weights, you are more likely to actually DO them, so sit down and plan when and what workouts you want to do for a whole week.

No, you don't need a special stamp. I live near Verona and get mail from my family in the US frequently - they just use the normal stamps.

I'm 17 and started talking to this girl on twitter ages ago and we started talking everyday. I went to meet her round her house for new year. She really likes me and I really like her but shes not a virgin and I am. She also wants to like do stuff with me and so do I but im 17 and don't even have armpit hair for christ sake. I started backpacking and Eurailing around Europe shortly after graduation and I didn't have any money either. Now I teach a university seminar on how to travel around Europe if you've never done it before. Here are some ideas, based on my experiences: Open a separate savings account just for traveling. Any "extra" money, such as money earned for outside work, goes right into that account. Set aside a set amount from each paycheck and put it right into that account. Eliminate some "fun" stuff, such as eating out, buying stuff you don't really need, etc., and apply that money to your trip. Do your homework for your trip. Get a copy of Let's Go: Europe to plan what to do and see and make the best use of your time. Get the International Student Identity Card (www. myisic. com) for great savings on admission to cultural sites, climbing church towers, etc. It will pay for itself in the first several days. For food, many European restaurants offer "daily menu" at lunch time that includes a couple courses. Eat well at your midday meal and eat light at dinner time. Buy bread, cheese and sausage at a local market and have an urban picnic in a park or square and people-watch. Plane tickets will be expensive during peak travel period (summer). Consider going at an off-peak season, such as spring or fall. I personally love Europe in winter, right after Christmas. Lines are non-existent, everybody's in a merry holiday mood, and prices are down. Get a Eurailpass to get around. Hostels are great places to stay in which to meet other young travelers, make new friends, and swap tips about places to see and things to do. HTML and CSS arent the same thing

you cant use css codes (layout site codes) in 3.0 profiles, but you can still add pictures

but not in your interest section

add them to an HTML BOX MODULE instead
