I am and need to weight to stay helthy so I need a1500 calorie diet plan and some tips that worked for you or you read in some good magazine....please help me guys

Drink lots of water.
If you're doing a calorie thing, it works best for me to break it down, meal by meal:
breakfast: 300 calories (aprox a bowl of cereal, or 2 eggs and toast, or a weight loss shake)
Snack: 100 calories (a piece of fruit or veggies)
Lunch: 300 calories (a large salad with lots of veggies, and either dressing or meat)
Snack: 100 calories (a granola bar or fruit or veggies)
Dinner: 500 calories (lean meat, lots of veggies, and a starch, like sweet potatoes or corn)
Snack: 100 calories (if you've been good all day, it helps to leave room at the end of the day for some frozen yogurt or a bowl of cut up fruit, ect)
It adds up to 1,400, so you've still got some breathing room, but lets look at the timing for this:
Get up, drink a 20 oz glass of water...then whatever you drink (coffee or tea-no cream or sugar, though) if needed. Let's say this happens at about 8am.
Eat breakfast at 8:30
Snack at 10:30
Lunch at 12:30
Snack at 3pm
Dinner around 5:30
Last snack before bed, about 8:30pm.
You can adjust the times accordingly, but the point is, you'll be eating about every 2 hours, give or take, and this prevents you from feeling deprived, yet you still will lose weight.
