For the past few months I have found that I'm eating a lot more than normal.
From the time I wake up in the morning to the time I go to bed at night, I just NEED to eat.
If I'm not eating, I don't feel content. I feel anxious and the only thing going through my mind is "I need to eat something, I need to be chewing something, I need something in my mouth"
I find myself grabbing cans of diet soda threw out the day to keep myself busy. But it's gotten to the point where I can drink 5-7 cans of diet soda a day, and I know that's not healthy either.
Some useful tips would be great.
