i work as a taxi driver meaning i go out to work at 2am and finish at around 8am.
straight after work i go to the gym were i do cardio and weight training. although i have been up since 2am i have had nothing to eat just maybe a cup of coffee.
i would be grateful for any tips or diets to help me train. i am not sure what foods to eat before or after i train.

well i have previously heard dat you should eat after you train...within 15minutes this means your heart is beating at a faster rate therefore it burns the calories quicker.!
eat loads of pastas..bread..rice to meet your energy requirments!
