Hi all..i am a 39 yr old homemaker..am 5 ft tall n weigh 65 kgs. I suffer from hypothyoroidism ...?

can anyone suggest a diet chart for me to loose around 10 kgs..i do regular exercise..gymming etc but have no clue wat to eat nd wat not..BTW my blood group is O+ve..please help....

You don't need to lose weight. You are healthy. But if you want to lose healthily, you should eat...



*Wholegrain

*Food high in protein but lean (i. e turkey)

*Vegetables

*Lamb and beef

*Basically nothing from the top of the food pyramid, and basically anything from the bottom



Eat normal portions of these foods, but not over-the-top OR anorexic-sized portions



Remember that you are wanting to lose fat rather than muscle
