If I would work out everyday at the gym for. Hour (400-700 calories) and have under 2,000 calories would that be a good diet plan? I lost alot of weight before like this but I'm older now so I'm not sure! (14)

Working out everyday is fine as long as you don't workout the same muscle group that day. However, it depends on how much under 2,000 calories your talking about, with 400-700 calorie rigorous workouts a day, I would try to eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your energy level up and metabolism in shape.
Also, you really want to have a post-workout meal for your workouts. Bananas, and whole grain foods are ideal.
